Our first order of operation was to provide you with the tools needed to assist in making the right choice. We started by putting all our designers and interior decorators on call for you. Opening our design team up to you allows you to walk you through the design making process with a professional by your side. They will be able to answer all your questions regarding colors, styles and so much more. This is to ensure you are making the right decision. This is one of the biggest hurdles in the entire process and our staff of specialized designers and decorators will make sure the floor that you eventually lay down will be the perfect choice for your home.
Next we created a groundbreaking phone application that puts the flooring directly into your home using the advanced Augmented Reality technology; we call this the “In-home” experience.
In-home helps you get a visual of what your floors will look like after installation to give you a better idea of how it works with your current furniture, decor, paint etc.
This approach has been game changing in our industry. From our cutting edge In-home application that allows you to put flooring into your home with only your phone camera, to our on call designers, we are sure to turn your dream into a reality.
Next, we wanted to make sure someone was available to answer any of your general questions regardless of you time zone. To do this, we decided to acquire, and train an award-winning customer service team to answer all your questions and walk you through any step of the process you might begin to feel overwhelmed with. We also put this team on call 24/7/365.
For our next step, we got our most experienced designers and decorators in the same room, and, through a very meticulous process, hand pick and designed hundreds of samples of engineered, laminate and vinyl floors.
Because styles and trends change, this process of hand picking and designing our own product lines has evolved into an annual event held in our Los Angeles showroom.
After carefully designing our lines, we went directly to the factories allowing us to cut out the middleman. This helped us to save on additional costs such as shipping and handling or surprise freight fees. Those savings were then passed down to you.
